Professional Services Port Washington Pumpkin Toss Giveaway – Official Rules

INTRODUCTION

The Professional Services Pumpkin Toss Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is intended for legal residents of the state of Wisconsin and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable United States law and Wisconsin state law. The Giveaway is sponsored by Professional Services, located at 1100 Bywater Dr #100, Port Washington, WI 53074 (the "Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Professional Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must scan the official QR code at the event and complete the entry form provided.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete or fraudulent will be disqualified.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway takes place during the live event hosted by Professional Services in Port Washington, WI, on October 4, 2025.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a gift set including:

A Gift Card to a Local Business

Google Nest Mini

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $240

No cash or other substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be selected and announced by 4:00 PM on the same day as the event and will be notified through social media and directly by the Sponsor.

If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within a reasonable period as determined by Sponsor, an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin.
